We advise clients undertaking residential, commercial, industrial, educational and recreational construction projects on all aspects of the project including applying for change of user approval; approval of building designs by the County Government, County Physical Planning Officer, County Architect and District Lands Officer; Environmental Impact Assessment Licence; National Construction Authority’s Certificate of Compliance; Water Resources Management Authority’s permit for borehole sinking; among others.

The firm drafts and assists in negotiations over interior design and architectural services agreement, as well as design and build agreements, development management agreements, land development agreements, letting and management agreement, pre-construction services agreements, deeds of collateral warranties, construction professionals’ appointment letters; road, bridge and related infrastructure design-build agreements and repair-maintenance agreements, among others.
